The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving financial records, payroll information, filings, payments and business decisions.
Fees, Payments and Cancellations
Fees, payment dates, deposits, cancellation terms and refund conditions will be communicated for each service or engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments already earned for completed work are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
The website, branding, written content, graphics and original materials published by Sage are owned by or licensed to Sage Consulting Inc., unless otherwise stated.
