Sage began in 2012 as Sage Consulting. Over time, the work evolved — expanding beyond traditional consulting into a more integrated, structured approach.

Carlana McGuire is the founder of Sage. She is a strategist, advisor, and creative with over twenty years of experience supporting founders and building businesses across the Caribbean and beyond.
Her work brings together strategic insight, operational structure, leadership experience, writing, and intuitive clarity.
She understands what it takes to build something meaningful — not from theory, but from lived experience.
