Sage began in 2012 as Sage Consulting. Over time, the work evolved, expanding beyond traditional consulting and into a more integrated approach.
As someone who has always embraced the art of the pivot, this evolution happened naturally. Sage Advisory & Studio represents the next chapter. One that honours both clarity and creativity. Strategy and humanity. Direction and depth.

Carlana McGuire is the founder of Sage. She is a strategist, advisor, and creative with twenty years of experience supporting founders and building businesses across the Caribbean and beyond.
Her work blends strategic insight, operational structure, leadership experience, writing, and intuitive clarity. She understands what it takes to build something meaningful, not from theory, but from lived experience.
Sage is the synthesis of everything she has learned:
